After spending time in England in the 70’s, Charles MacLean returned to Ontario with the knowledge and practice of English ale making. Brewing in small batches, he supplied a few local LCBO’s. His beer was much loved and known to sell out in an instant. But they were about to grow, and wanted to be ready to reach all of Ontario.
We pared back the old tartan exterior and fashioned a new brand look and design system for what would become a growing family of beer.
My role was simple. Work on everything. From the caps on the bottles to the vans that deliver across the province and capture the imagination on the go, I treated all visual touch points with care.
